Personal Data Protection Act Notice

One Cares Pte Ltd collects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

Purpose of Data Collection

i) Processing and managing service bookings and orders 
ii) Communicating service updates, schedules, and invoices 
iii) Improving our services and customer experience 
iv) Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

Body Camera Usage Notice

Our technicians may wear body cameras during service visits for safety monitoring and dispute resolution purposes.
i) Body cameras may be activated during service visits on your premises
ii) Footage is collected solely for safety assurance and to assist in resolving any disputes that may arise 
iii) Recordings are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel when necessary 
iv) Footage will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for dispute resolution
v) Recordings will be retained for a period of 30 days and thereafter securely deleted

Purpose of Data Protection Rights

i) You may withdraw consent or request access/correction of your personal data at any time

iii) Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent
