All prices are based on FCUs of 24000 BTU & below

Routine Service Includes:

• Systematic examination and cleaning of Fan Coil Unit
• Check all safety circuits, noise problem
• Cleaning for Filter & Cover
• Coil & Blower using the brush
• Flexible pipe & Drainage pipe inside Fan Coil Unit
• Vacuum the Drainage pipe
• Check compressor suction and discharge pressure/Test run the air-conditioner unit

This services does not include the cost of chemical cleaning for Indoor & Outdoor or replacement parts or calls as breackdown compressor, amend refrigerant pipe leaking but such calls when requested, will be made and changed for at our standard rates.
